Sadly I am selling my 2001 Potter 19 "Cat's Meow". I picked her up at the factory in December of 2000. At 87 my balance is not what it used to be, and I am not fond of getting up on the boat in a parking lot to set her up or take her down. She is an easy and forgiving, boat to sail. Over the years she has kept me safe.
"Cat's Meow" is set up for coastal cruising. I have solo sailed her from Ft Bragg to San Diego.
Besides the standard equipment including a Baja trailer here is what I added for cruising.
JB Code Zero sail
Kelley Hanson Main with two reef points
Hyde Lapper
Sailrite Genny is well worn but still works
Heavy-duty storm sails
Ray Marine ST1000 autopilot was recently refurbished at the factory
6 hp Tohatsu Sail Drive long shaft (25"). 2013 purchased new in 2014.
Two AGM batteries. The one in the bow doesn't work I left it there for ballast. I have never run out of electricity with one battery.
50-watt solar panel with regulator.
Smart battery charger for dock-side charging.
Standard Horizons VHF with AIS receiver, mast-mounted antenna
Remote mike with AIS in cockpit
Garmin chart GPS on a swivel mount visible from either the cockpit or cabin
Off-shore PFD with built-in harness
Harness mounts on bow and cockpit.
Jack line
Voyager rudder by Rudder Craft
Anchor and 250 feet of rode with 10 feet of chain
Fenders and dock lines

I've owned this 1990 Potter 19 for 2 years. Sails great. My kids hate sailing, so away it goes :(
Features:
* All lines, including reefing, run to cockpit for single-handed sailing
* Replaced aft storage compartment (below keel-lowering handle) with two lockable storage compartments
* Storage pockets in front of cockpit beside companionway entrance
* Potter mainsail and foresail in good condition
* Original wood rudder functional, but old/clunky
* New lights/wiring/battery
* Bilge Pump with auto/on/off switch
* Cockpit cushions in good condition
* Cabin cushions in less-than-desirable condition
* Included trailer looks like it was for a potter 15, so a little short/narrow, but works fine and has functional lighting
* No outboard motor included (mounting bracket still attached)
Happy to provide pictures, discuss further.

I am the third owner, having captained this boat and trailer since 1978; 18' (excludung pulpit) Hull Number 5. It has been parked in a storage yard for years, and I'm getting too old and tired to fix it up and sail her anymore. There is no motor, though it at one point had a long-shaft Yamaha 7hp that moved her rather briskly. The sails were old and blown out of shape when I bought her with a roller reefing jib and a mainsail. The last time I looked, the tires were flat and cracked. Not much of a sales pitch I admit, but I don't want to be misleading.
The system would not let me input "1970s ?" So the date of manufacture of 1973 is only approximate.

I waited a long time to find this gem only to quickly have a much larger boat take all my time.
She has been a very good boat for the small amount of time I have had her. She comes with a cover, 2 sets of sails, a spinnaker and trailer.
