I'm looking to purchase a West Wight Potter. I'm located near the outskirts of Boston, MA. I've 
been scouting around for some time and am looking for a 19' boat. But I wouldn't discount a 15'

1990 Potter P19, Bananas, in slip E2 at the marina in Benicia California. Boat was used in fresh water and 
garage stored until January 2004. The keel and bottom were sanded and painted in January 2004. Keel is 
stored up when docked and rudder and tiller are stored in cabin. Main sail is blue and white stiped, lapper 
is blue, jib is burgandy, hull is white with blue stripe. Jib is currently on head sail furler. Sails are 
stored with sunbrella covers. All lines led aft to cockpit. Standing and running rigging in good shape. 
Jiffy reefing set up for 2 reefs. There is a boom vang, topping lift and back stay. Yamaha 4 hp 2 stroke 
engine runs strong. Engine mounting bracket changed last year and spring loaded mount was installed. There 
is an automatic bilge pump installed. Bilge forward and aft is dry. Plumbed MSD porta potty type head installed. 
Fresh water system with pump and through hull drain. Solar panel keeps battery topped off. Shore power connections 
included. Compass, wind meter and depth sounder. Stove, mast raising system, swim ladder, bow pulpit, cockpit 
rails, extra cushions, life jackets, auxilary electrical bilge pump, 4 fenders, 2 dock lines, 1 spring or launching 
line, and 2 anchors with rode. Trailer with mounted spare, extended tongue, ladder and side rails is included.

hi all, well it's time for me to sell "vegan lorax", my cute little yellow West Wight Potter 15. i'm sure 
when i get my salt water yearnings satisfied i'll return to the fold but for now i need to own ONE boat, 
my westerly nomad 22, so i can get ready to do some coastal and offshore cruising. 
 sigh....here's a list of the gear etc.... the boat is in eugene, oregon. i want $3999.99 for the boat, trailer

 i removed the mainsheet cleat and would never use one on a small unballasted boat like this. cleating 
the main is a good way to go turtle! better to have the wind rip the sheet out of your hand! i always sail 
wrapping the mainsheet a couple of times around the tiller and use my hand to hold both, unless it's 
gusty, then no wraps so you can depower the sail very easily! 
 This is a very versatile little boat! two can sleep in it quite comfortably! I have sailed it extensively 
through the San Juan and Gulf Islands in Northwest Washington State and British Columbia! I have also 
taken it up the Long Tom River out to the Oregon Country Fair!

We are looking for a WWP 19, 2000 or newer with the Blue water premium package anywhere in the southeast.

This little gem was purchased new in July 2003. It includes the Premium package plus extras. 
It has been sailed only twice. I purchased it in August, 2004 and have not sailed it. It has

Potter 14/15 copy. This is a hull that was made with marine plywood and 
epoxy fiberglass. It is very strong, and well done.The hull currently 
sits inverted on a very good Hobie16 type trailer. (It rides well like 
that, but when completed you eill need to add two beds to invert the 
boat.) This is an unregistered boat, and with the trailer you will get a 
bill of sale from my brother in Oregon, where trailers of this type do 
not need to be registered. Located near Yreka, CA near the OR/CA border

1992 West Wight Potter sail #1840, near Ocean City, Maryland. Boat is in very good condition - hull clean 
with lots of extras (bow rails and cockpit rails, swim ladder). Wired for a 12v electric outboard, have 
52 lb. thrust Motor Guide ready to go. Good cushions for cockpit and cabin. Rigging, sails (main and 
standard jib) in good shape. Could use bottom paint (I've always had it on a trailer so didn't 
think fresh paint was absolutely necessary - bottom can easily be painted on the trailer). The centerboard 
is stiff, though I have had it swinging freely in the last 2 weeks. Would benefit by a new centerboard, 
but the original is probably good for a couple seasons. This boat has only been in the water 8 or 10 times 
in the last 4 years. On galvanized tilt trailer with new axle, hubs, bearings, lights, jack and winch cable.

This sailboat is roomy, lightweight and built to be extremely sturdy. It can sleep 4 adults comfortably.
It has a sink and small marine stove built-in with a portable head. Sails are in great shape, they 
include 2 jibs and a mainsail with reefing system. Cushions in the cabin are fabric. There is a 
stainless folding transom ladder, kick-up beaching rudder, full exterior lighting and an interior light. 
The boat has an 8 HP Johnson Outboard Motor mounted on a swing-up motor mount on the transom to pull the
motor out of the water when under sail. This boat has a 370 pound crank down retractable keel - 
operated from the cockpit. The boat is on a custom galvinized trailer with a spare tire. The condition 
is like new, you will not find one of these boats in better shape. It has been kept inside a garage 
(one of the great features about this boat, it will fit) most of it's life so the gelcoat finish is

After arrangements with a cross-country buyer didn't work out, I'm putting my Guppy 13 
back up for sale (whatever little time I have for sailing is spent on my P-15). Boat is in decent 
shape, and can be sailed in current condition. Has a bad paint job, good sails and rigging. Work 
you'd want to do: reglue tiller laminations; re-anchor bottom of compression post in cabin;

In Fresno, Calif. One of the last original Herb Stewart "19'" Potters made, 
built in 1975, with pre-embargo, very high quality glass. "overbuilt", full of 
bulkheads, with older style mast. Includes new tiller, new mastup mast raising, 
new genoa, running, steam, anchor( masthead), and interior red and white 
lights, bow pulpit, older 6hp evinrude long shaft, winches,galvanized dagger 
board, VHF radio, inflatable dingy, boom tent, split axle trailer, with bearing 
budddies, and misc. other items. Moby Duck sails well as is, and her previous 
owner has made many trips to Catalina, but she is cosmetically rough. The 
interior is original and lacks a headliner, but she has an original, very 
pretty, bright yellow hull. Great first boat as is, but this classic deserves 
to be restored to new. Bought as retirement project to restore and sail local 
lakes, but have inner ear problem. Paid $3,750, but need the space, so want

I can no longer sail my 1982 Potter P15 "Sea Foam". I therefore am
listing it for sale. It has a galvanized centerboard (not normally
found on this year Potter and only sailed once with this newly galvanized

in the desert of New Mexico, I will find time to trailor the boat to places like Lake Mead, San Diego and

Bobber was completely rennovated in 2002 including new windows companion hatch and lazarette cover. 
She is fully rigged with a Hasler/McLeod Junk rig sail made by Schurr Sails of Pensacola, Florida. 
The centerboard was removed and completely refurbished and professionally hot dip galvanized, epoxy 
coated and painted with Interlux Micron Extra. The bottom of the boat was also epoxied with a 
barrier coat of Interlux 1000 before receiving three coats of Micron Extra. The trailer has just 
received brand new hubs and wheels. Original cushions are included, the starboard cushion needs 
repair at the forward end, but is otherwise useable. A new balanced rudder was custom made by 
IdaSailor complete with down haul, lifting rod and tiller. Bobber is in excellent condition with 
some minor paint touchup work needed from considerable use. Last year I added a mast gallows to 
simplify the already super easy tabernacled mast. Bobbers mast is free standing and overbuilt.

I own a 1998 WWP model 19 with 1998 garges galvsd trailer, 5hp Nissan, roller furling, lazy jacks,

1980 P-15 #899. The boat is ready to sail. It has three mains, two jibs and a genoa. Sailed recently in the cruiser 
challenge with a fifth place in the first heat and ninth place in the second heat. The boat has a bow pulpit and side 
rails. It also has an older 2hp honda that runs excellent. The trailer is an older dilly brand tilting type with 
current registration. The trailer takes a 1 and 7/8 ball. The trailer lights and license are on a light bar that 
bungees to the boat. I just purchased Hms 18 #2 and only have room for one boat. There are a number of pictures of 
my boat on the trailer sailor. Access Don Person or Rich McDivit photos. There is also a write-up on the hobie-16 
sails on the potter technical sight. The boat is one of the faster P-15s with the hobie-16 main sail and genoa.

This outboard was on my Potter 19 and probably has fewer than 5 hours on it. The motor was stored for an extended 
period of time, was fogged prior to storage started a couple of times each summer and re-fogged. I filled it with 
gas a month ago...started second pull...first pull each time after that. The motor is in Venice Florida.

I live in Coral Springs, FL and am willing to sell my beloved Hobie Cat. It comes with the trailer, beach wheels, 
trampoline, daggerboards, and rainbow sail.
It will need some minor patch-up work. There is a 1" inch crack on one of the fiberglass hulls. Repairing costs 
should be minimal..$100-$150. Besides that, it's in perfect working condition. The sails are like new too.
